Does anyone know of any classes in Manteca, Modesto, Tracy or Stockton area?

Mozelle teaches in Stockton through Parks and Rec (she's my teacher); Yasmin, Jean Jay, Amira, Nashima, and the ladies from Nyx fusion teach in the Modesto/Riverbank/Turlock/Oakdale area; Nara teaches in Lodi, as does Shahlah Sutra (I think...she might have moved her classes to Sac). Tracy I'm not sure about. What style are you particularly looking for?

All in all there's a thriving bellydance scene here in the Valley, just hidden. :)

Sun, March 9, 2008 - 6:08 PMI danced cabaret for 5 years... it has been a little while since I danced as I have been focusing on college the last year and a half... I would LOVE to learn tribal / tribal-fusion. Do you know who teaches this style in the area? -

Sun, March 9, 2008 - 10:48 PMI second that. Hot Pot is AWESOME! I would love to go there once a week myself in addition to my Stockton classes, but I work late and wouldn't make it in time :(
Try Nara's classes in Lodi as well. Check Hutchins Street Square for more info.
I'm not sure if Shahlah Sutra is still teaching in Lodi....she's Hot Pot/ATS style and Gothic
We need more Tribal teachers in this area, G'dammit!
